Return Period
We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date the order is received.
Please note that some optical products are custom-made or hygienic items, and therefore subject to specific return conditions.
General Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in perfect condition

Include the original packaging, case, cleaning cloth, and all accessories

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Prescription glasses and lenses (single vision, progressive, blue-light, photochromic, etc.)

Personalized or made-to-measure optical products

Optical hygiene products once opened, including:

Contact lens solutions

Artificial tears
-
Eye gels
-
Eye patches or occlusive products

Hearing aid batteries if the packaging has been opened

Products marked as “Final Sale”

Items damaged due to improper use or incorrect handling
Contact lenses may only be returned if the box is sealed, unopened, and in perfect condition.
Prescription Adjustment Guarantee
If you experience discomfort due to an incorrect prescription, we will replace or adjust the lenses free of charge, provided the prescription is verified.
If you are unsure about your prescription, we invite you to visit our optical center for a professional eye examination.
Free parking available.
Exchanges
If you wish to change the model or color, you may request an exchange within 15 days, subject to stock availability and provided the product is unused and in new condition.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In some cases, a store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
